The second gasoline car built in Canada, the Redpath was designed as a runabout, a light and doorless style of car popular at the time. Only a small number of prototypes, and three production models, were built, before the company’s factory was destroyed by fire in 1907.
The Museum’s example is the only surviving Redpath, preserved by the descendants of the company’s founder.
